The speaker for our June 8, 2019 meeting will be Adam Cohen, MD, Penn Medicine. Dr. Cohen will give us an overview of immunotherapy and its role in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

The speaker for our September 14, 2019 meeting will be Megan Smith from the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS). Megan will provide us information about the upcoming "Light the Night" event.

We are now entering the open enrollment period for 2019 healthcare insurance coverage via Medicare (Oct 15-Dec 7th) and ACA (Nov. 1-Dec.15). 

For our November 9, 2019 meeting program, Nicole Dugan, DPT & Joy Cohn, PT, of the UPenn Medical Center will present information on how multiple myeloma patients can use physical activity and exercise to improve cancer-related fatigue,&n

On December 14th we will hold our year-end meeting. However, this meeting will be more of a celebration than our typical meeting.  As our last meeting at the Ralston House, we are doing it up BIG!

The March 14th meeting of the PMMNG has been cancelled.

It is prudent that we take no risks with each other during this uncertain time of the coronavirus.

We are hoping to gather together again on April 11th .

Our April 11, 2020 meeting will be an online meeting, conducted through Zoom. Our speakers will be Colleen Erb, who is a Penn nurse practitioner, and Matt Stevenson, a Penn licensed social worker.
