CAR-T diagramWe will be holding our next regular monthly Philadelphia Multiple Myeloma Networking Group (PMMNG) meeting on Saturday, October 11, 2025 from 1:00-3:00 PM EDT via Zoom.  This meeting will feature a panel discussion about CAR-T treatment for multiple myeloma.

Please note the special starting time of 1:00 PM, instead of our usual 1:30 PM time. We're starting early this month in order to give the panel plenty of time.

Join us to hear from professionals, patients, and caregivers about the CAR-T experience across the myeloma treatment continuum. Our panel, which includes clinicians, individuals who have received CAR-T treatment themselves, and a CAR-T patient's caregiver, will explain what CAR-T is, who may benefit, what to expect, and how to prepare. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, currently in treatment, a caregiver, or simply curious about the latest advances, this meeting will provide valuable information plus time for open discussion and connection with others in the myeloma community.

Featuring:
Adam Cohen, MD, Penn Medicine
Colleen Erb, CRNP, Jefferson Health/Asplundh-Abington
Harold Dean, LCSW, OSW-C, Univ of Arkansas Medical Center
Maddie Hunter
Richard and Stephanie Abraham
Meryle Germankin
Joe Rader

Please note that we are peers, not doctors. So please be sure and discuss anything you hear in the meeting that might change your own considerations regarding treatment or side effects with your own doctor(s).

All PMMNG members will receive a meeting invitation via email.  If you are new to the group or our meetings, contact Barbara Falkowitz (b[email protected]) to receive the meeting link.

We look forward to seeing you on Zoom!

Note: We also want to remind you about the Philadelphia Myeloma Roundtable that HealthTree is hosting November 1, 2025. For more information, please click here. HealthTree is also sponsoring a Connect To Cures event in Brooklyn on October 11, 2025. More information about that event is here.
